1. Are events and meetings free to attend?
Unless otherwise noted, our events and meetings will be free to attend. Feel free bring your family and friends to enjoy the fun!
2. Who can attend events?
Most of our events are family-friendly, so there is no age limit unless otherwise noted.
3. How can I create an event?
Click on the plus button on the top right side of your screen, and choose "Add event". From there, fill in all the details and save. Once the admins approve your event, you'll get a message as the event leader, and your event will be visible to the public. You can see general instructions here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15HqyLqrG0M&t=2
4. Is there a limit to how many events I can create?
There is no limit on the number of events an individual can create.
5. Does the City facilitate all of these events?
Will there be a City representative on site at every event? Not necessarily. While city admins do carefully review and approve each event that is submitted, there will not be a City representative at the event unless it is hosted by the City of Claremont.
6. Who approves/denies the groups?
Admins for the Claremont Community Hub will approve and deny groups and events.
7. You denied my event. Why?
If your event is denied, an admin will reach out to the creator with an explanation. For more information, check out our Terms & Conditions section.
