Learn to draw cartoons at the Cartooning and Food for Beginners with Wayne Carter!
Join us for a cartooning workshop for school age students through adults.
Wayne Carter is a Cartoonist and Educator living in Vermont.
He is an Alum from the Center for Cartoon studies and recently finished a Residency for the National Parks Service.
